Overview
Create expansive, striking temporary outdoor venues with Arc Roof Tent. Featuring a distinctive smooth curved roof silhouette, this spacious marquee works perfectly for large-scale banquets, exhibition fairs, sporting events, corporate galas and outdoor catering. The streamlined arched profile delivers exceptional visual impact while ensuring robust outdoor performance, serving as a versatile venue solution for medium and large events.
Optimised Frame Specifications
Structural frames are crafted from durable 6061/T6 aluminum alloy, balancing lightweight build and outstanding structural strength. Standard widths range from 10m up to 40m, covering A10, A12, A15, A20, A25, A30, A35 and A40 models. All variants maintain a consistent 4.0m eaves height, with ridge heights gradually increasing alongside tent width. The standard bay spacing is set at 5m. Engineered to withstand wind loads up to 120km/h, the framework delivers exceptional stability for long-term outdoor deployment.
Premium Weather-Resistant Fabrics
Roofing utilises ≥850g/㎡ opaque white PVC membrane, fully weatherproof, UV-resistant and compliant with B1 & M2 fire-retardant standards. Side covers adopt semi-translucent fabric weighing no less than 650g/㎡. Side panels can be freely installed or removed to regulate natural light, airflow and privacy. Custom add-ons including arched windows and zipper doors can be integrated to match event requirements.
Modular & Adaptable Setup
Modular construction enables rapid assembly and disassembly without special tools. Disassembled components occupy minimal storage volume and simplify transportation. The clean white surface supports custom colour finishing and branded printing. Suited for short-term gatherings and extended outdoor usage, the arc roof tent provides a high-performance scalable temporary space to elevate any event experience.
High‑Strength Al Frame
Industrial‑grade aluminum profiles offer solid load‑bearing & anti‑deformation performance for stable outdoor tent frameworks.
PVC Waterproof Canopy
High‑grade PVC‑coated fabric offers waterproof, flame‑retardant and tear‑resistant features with fine UV resistance for long‑time outdoor service.
Modular Pre‑fab Build
Standard factory‑produced parts support simple on‑site assembly without welding, bringing efficient and secure tent installation operations.
Column‑Free Large Span
Column‑free large‑span design creates open unobstructed interior space for freely arranging equipment, furniture and stored goods.
Custom Flexible Sizing
Adjustable span, length and eaves height support splicing, so dimensions can be tailored to match various site and application needs.
High‑Strength Al Frame
Anodizing treatment protects alloy frames from air‑moisture corrosion, preventing rust and oxidation to extend outdoor working service life.
